Linie und Farbe auf Papier, Fotodruck und Lithografie – ein in vielfacher Hinsicht intimer Film, der uns nah ans Bild und nah zu sich bringt, sich selbst im materialistischen Sinne auf den Grund geht und sich klangvoll verlebendigt. In Bruchstücken erzählt er von einer jungen Frau und teils fremdartigen Kreaturen in ihrer filmischen Auflösung.
Line and color on paper, photoprinting and lithography – a film that is intimate in many ways, that brings us close to the image and close to itself, that gets to the bottom of itself in a materialistic sense and comes alive sonorously. In fragments, it tells of a young woman and partly alien creatures in their cinematic dissolution.
Um die Absurdität der Realität zu entfalten, konstruiert Äggie Pak Yee Lee Erzählungen mit verschiedensten Materialien, ihren Verbindungen und audiovisuellen Beziehungen. Sie studierte an der City Universität Hong Kong sowie der Estnischen Kunstakademie.
To unfold the absurdity of reality, Äggie Pak Yee Lee constructs narratives with a wide variety of materials, their connections and audiovisual relationships. She studied at the City University of Hong Kong as well as the Estonian Academy of Arts.
