Das Leben ist ein Wunder, in einem feinen harmonischen Geflecht fügt sich jedes Kleine in das große Ganze einer kosmischen Ökologie – schön wär’s (oder auch nicht). Es tropft und schleimt, ist glitschig, matschig, feucht. Es wabern das Fleisch oder die Organe, schmatzend dröhnt der Kosmos dieses wahrhaften Körperkinos mit kafkaesken Nebenfiguren.
Life is a miracle, in a fine harmonic mesh every small thing fits into the big whole of a cosmic ecology – it would be nice (or not). It drips and slimes, is slippery, squishy, moist. The flesh or the organs waft, smacking drones the cosmos of this veritable body-movie with Kafkaesque secondary characters.
Nach dem Studium der Visuellen Kommunikation an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar und der Animation an der Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg arbeitet Mona Keil heute als freie Regisseurin und Animatorin in Leipzig.
After having completed her studies in Visual Communication at the Bauhaus-University in Weimar and in Animation at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, Mona Keil is now a freelance director and animation artist based in Leipzig.
