The essence of ‘Heimatfilm’. This experimental compilation film deconstructs the narrative and directorial standards of the genre, which was popular in Germany in the 1950s to 70s. By editing scenes from 50 films, it simultaneously clarifies and parodies the dramaturgical foundations, thereby creating exactly one. A Heimatfilm-film.
Marion Kellmann studierte Drehbuch an der Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg und schloss ihr Studium in „Film und mediale Künste“ an der KHM Köln ab. …UND DER SÜNDER BEREUT hat das “Prädikat BESONDERS WERTVOLL” verliehen bekommen.
