Heinz Wicki gräbt Überreste von bestatteten Menschen aus und begräbt sie wieder, wenn Gräber aufgehoben, wenn es mit der Verwesung Probleme gibt oder wenn ein Friedhof saniert wird. In den Überresten sieht Heinz noch immer die Menschen, die sie einst waren. Beschwichtigend flüstert er in Gedanken mit den Überresten der Toten.
Heinz Wicki digs up the remains of buried people and reburies them when graves are opened, when there are problems with putrefaction or when a cemetery is being renovated. Heinz still sees the people they once were in the remains. Soothingly, he whispers in his thoughts with the remains of the dead.
Christof Schürpf fotografiert Menschen und Marken und erzählt in Bildern ihre Geschichten. Seine Arbeiten wurden unter anderem mit dem Swiss Photo Award ausgezeichnet. ‘EXHUMATOR’ ist sein erster Film.
