Nach Beginn des spanischen Bürgerkriegs schließt sich Carmela, wie viele andere Frauen, der Miliz an der Front an. Es ist ein zweischneidiger Kampf, gegen den Faschismus und für den Erhalt der Frauenrechte. Während eines Kampfes zerstört eine selbstgemachte Granate Carmelas rechte Hand.
After the Spanish Civil War starts, Carmela joins the militias and goes to the front as many other women. Their fight was twofold, fighting against facism and avoiding the loss of the rights they had achieved. During combat, a homemade grenade blows out Carmela’s right hand.
Vicente Mallols arbeitete als Stop-Motion-Animator an CARACOLÍMPICOS, POS ESO und CLAY KIDS. Später drehte er seinen ersten Kurzfilm THE CRYPTOZOOLOGIST und beendete kürzlich seine erste Stop-Motion-Serie THE DIARY OF BITA AND CORA.
Vicente Mallols has worked as a stop-motion animator on CARACOLÍMPICOS, POS ESO, and CLAY KIDS. He later directed his first short, THE CRYPTOZOOLOGIST, and recently completed his first stop-motion series, THE DIARY OF BITA AND CORA.
